Transfer speculation continues to mount as Xavi Espart Font has been linked in recent days with a move to Tottenham. The midfielder, currently playing for Barcelona, could add a new dimension to the squad if the rumoured interest turns into an official approach before the end of the transfer window. While Tottenham and Barcelona continue talks, no breakthrough has been reported. Arsenal reportedly may still have an interest, but currently the focus is on getting this deal across the line. Tottenham are only scoring 0.5 goals per game (3 in 6) this season, which suggests they need more creativity in the middle. Xavi Espart Font would be seen as the link to raise the tempo and feed the attack. Barcelona continue to be linked with Luka Vuskovic, Joao Felix and Joshua King while Tottenham are also rumoured to be tracking Bazoumana Toure, Christian Michel Kofane and Dion Drena Beljo.
