Update
Kevin Schade, currently with Brentford, is the latest name linked with a potential switch to Newcastle. The forward could become a key signing should the move materialise, as the club seeks to strengthen in a key area of the pitch. Newcastle have laid out their intentions, but valuation and timing remain under debate. Aston Villa, Juventus and Dortmund are keeping tabs in case talks collapse or progress slows further. So far this season, Newcastle are averaging 1.52 goals scored per game (32 goals /21 games), close to the Premier League average. Kevin Schade would be expected to help them push higher and add more variety in attack. Alongside this, Brentford are said to be exploring Matteo Cancellieri, Kaye Iyowuna Furo and Othmane Maamma with Newcastle likewise connected to Ruben Loftus-Cheek, Alex Scott and Tarik Muharemovic. Stay tuned for more details as the story develops. Need more Newcastle transfer rumours? Follow @PlayerSwitchCom on Twitter for news and updates as they happen.
