Media reports claim that Chelsea are keeping tabs on Desire Doue, who currently plays as a forward for PSG. The move is still in the early stages, but interest appears to be growing. Chelsea are still pushing to finalise terms. However, Bayern Munich, Manchester City and Arsenal are still watching closely and may return with offers of their own. At 2.43 goals scored per game this season, Chelsea already pose a big threat. Desire Doue would be expected to maintain that level and give them another reliable option in attack. PSG continue to be linked with Estevao, Ibrahim Maza and Raphinha while Chelsea are also rumoured to be tracking Abdellah Ouazane, Nicolo Tresoldi and Flavio Goncalves.
